Nationwide Cancellation of all McDonald’s Parties

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our customers and employees. Given the current public health situation, we are cancelling all booked and confirmed McDonald’s parties nationwide.

Why is there a need for cancellation?
We value our customers’ health and safety. Cancelling all store parties nationwide complies with the government’s directive on implementing a community quarantine.

When will party booking resume?
Since the public health situation is evolving fast, we cannot specify an exact date right now. We assure you that once the situation normalizes, we will evaluate the best time to accommodate your McDo Party bookings. Please check this page for updates, or follow us on Facebook and Twitter. 

I’ve already paid. Will I get a refund?
Yes, all customers with booked and confirmed McDo parties will get a full refund.

How do I get my refund?
Our Guest Experience Managers (GEMs) will get in touch with you regarding the refund process.  

Until when can I claim my refund?
We will contact you as soon as your cash or check is available for pick-up. 

Can I claim my refund online?
Unfortunately, you may only claim your refund at the store where you booked.
