1.  How to Qualify for the MyMcDonald’s Rewards Summer Raffle
1. A If a customer doesn't have the McDonald's App, he/she needs to download via Google Play or Apple AppStore. Customer must create an app profile to be able to use the promo registration feature.

  • Fill-out with the following details:
    • First Name, Last Name
    • Create Password
    • Mobile Number
    • E-mail Address
    • Accept Terms and Conditions
    • Click Submit
  • Customer must opt in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards to start earning points and participate in the raffle.

1.B Existing users of McDonald's App may join the raffle by opting in to MyMcDonald’s Rewards Program.

  • STEP 1: Click the “More” icon at the bottom right of the homepage.
  • STEP 2: Select “My Account”.
  • STEP 3: Select “Rewards and Personalized Deals”
  • STEP 4: Turn on permission to unlock the best of MyMcDonald’s Rewards.

Customers who registered an account to use the Online Services in the McDonald’s app prior to the launch of MyMcDonald's Rewards last June 10, 2025 can enroll by giving their consent to the updated Terms and Conditions

1.C MyMcDonald’s Rewards users can earn points through their purchases via Dine-In, Take-Out, or Drive Thru at stores nationwide provided they have a stable internet connection.

  • STEP 1: Scan your MyMcDonald’s Rewards QR Code on your McDonald’s App at the front counter, self order kiosk, or at the Drive-Thru window 1 at the beginning of the transaction or before payment.
  • STEP 2: Earn 1 point for every P10 spent on your order via dine-in, take out, and drive thru at stores nationwide.

2.  How to register for the MyMcDonald's Rewards Summer Raffle via the McDonald’s App:

  • The customer must click the Raffle Homepage banner or splash page to join the raffle promo.
  • Customers may submit multiple entries per email and device. The following information must be provided:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address (same email address used to register on the McDonald’s App)
    • Home Address
    • Mobile Number

3.  How to earn raffle entries:
Customers can use their existing MyMcDonald’s Rewards points to earn raffle entries while on the McDonald’s app. Only MyMcDonald’s Rewards points can be used to accumulate entries for the raffle.

4.  List of winners and prizes:

5.  A participant can only win one (1) raffle prize each.
6.  A DTI representative will be invited during the raffle draw on the date specified in Mechanics No. 2. Prior to the announcement of the winner, all entries shall be subject to validation. The DTI representative shall confirm the authenticity and validity of the raffle entry by ensuring that it conforms to the guidelines indicated herein.
7.  MyMcDonald's Rewards Summer Raffle Winners will be notified by a representative from McDonald’s Philippines via registered mail, text, and email. Winners should acknowledge receipt or confirm once they receive the notification.
8.  MyMcDonald's Rewards Summer Raffle Winners will be announced on McDonald's official Facebook page on June 18, 2026.
9.  Claiming of prizes:

  • Winners will receive an email confirming their prize. Prizes will be picked up at the McDonald’s Training Center at 109 Carlos Palanca Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.

10.  Redemption of prizes is 60 Days from receipt of notification.
11.  Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Golden Arches Development Corp. 60 days from receipt of notification. Golden Arches Development Corp. will also shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
12.  The owners, management, and employees of GADC, promo partners, maintenance, security agencies, VML Manila, and participating outlets including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Bonus Reward for all Participants who will qualify for the raffle:

  • Customers may claim one (1) free Hot Fudge Sundae upon using their first 100 points.
  • The bonus consolation prize will be awarded once per customer only.
  • The free reward applies only to the first 100 points burned; subsequent redemptions will not be eligible.
  • Redemption Period: The reward may be redeemed within sixty (60) days from the date it is added to the customer’s Deals Wallet on the McDonald’s App.

    MyMcDonald’s Rewards users can earn points through their purchases.

  3. Can a customer participate in the raffle by simply being a McDonald’s App user, without opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards?
    No. To be eligible for the raffle, customers must be McDonald’s App users who are also opted in the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program. Raffle entries are earned by converting My McDonald’s Rewards points, which can only be accumulated through the MyMcDonald’s Rewards program.
     
  4. How will a winner receive the prizes?
    Winners will receive an email confirming their prize. Prizes will be available for pick up at the McDonald’s Training Center at 109 Carlos Palanca Street, Legaspi Village, Makati City.
     
  5. Can a McDo App User earn more than one (1) raffle entry to the McDonald’s MyMcDonald's Rewards Raffle?
    Yes. A McDo App User can earn multiple raffle entries, depending on how many entries they choose to redeem using their points.
     
  6. Can the prizes be converted to cash?
    NO. The prizes are not convertible to cash.
     
  7. When will the winners be announced?
    Winners will be announced via email and through McDonald’s Philippines’ official Facebook Page starting on June 18, 2026.
     
  8. Can the McDo App User win more than once?
    NO. Each registered McDo App User can only win once for the entire promo period.
     
  9. What if the winner will not be able to claim the prizes by August 18, 2026?
    If the winner is unable to claim the prize within the 60-day claiming period (until August 18, 2026), McDonald’s will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email, registered mail, and phone call to facilitate either pickup or delivery arrangements.
    If there is no response despite these efforts within the claiming period, the prize will be considered unclaimed. Any unclaimed prize after the deadline will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for redemption.
     
  10. Can a winner authorize someone else to claim the prize or transfer the prize to another person?
    Yes, the winner may send a representative to claim their prizes. The representative must have a printed authorization letter signed by the winner with a copy of their Government ID, and a printed copy of the email sent by McDonald’s Philippines.
