  • Submission of raffle entries is from January 20 to February 5, 2026
  • The raffle draw will be on February 9, 2026
  • The announcement of winners will be on February 10, 2026
  • A total of 15 winners will be awarded three (3) bundled tickets to Manila Ocean Park and Philippine Biodome:
  • A participant can only win once.
  • Participating McDonald’s App Meals that need be redeemed to get a raffle entry consists of:
    • McSpaghetti w/ Fries and drink Happy Meal

      OR

    • 4pc Chicken McNuggets w/ Fries and drink Happy Meal
  • How to get a raffle entry:
    If a customer doesn't have a McDonald's App, he/she needs to download via Google Play or Apple AppStore. Customer must create an app profile to be able to use the promo registration feature.
      • Fill-out with the following details:
        • First Name, Last Name
        • Create password
        • Mobile number
        • E-mail address
        • Accept the terms and conditions
        • Click submit
      • Existing users of McDonald's App may join the raffle by simply clicking the Raffle Homepage banner.
      • How to submit entries via the McDonald’s App:
  • Customers can submit multiple entries. The following information must be provided:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address (same email address used to register on the McDonald’s App)
    • Home Address
    • Mobile Number
  • Deadline of Entry Submission will be on February 5, 2026 , 11:59pm.
  • Raffle draw will be held on February 9, 2026 virtually via Zoom/Teams.
  • A DTI representative will be invited during the raffle draw on the date specified in Mechanics No. 2. Prior to the announcement of the winner, all entries shall be subject to validation. The DTI representative shall confirm the authenticity and validity of the raffle entry by ensuring that it conforms to the guidelines indicated herein.
  • Winners will be notified by a representative from McDonald’s Philippines via text and registered mail.
  • Winners will be announced on McDonald's official Facebook page on February 10, 2026.
  • Claiming of prizes:
  • Winners will receive a confirmation email stating that they have won tickets to Manila Ocean Park and the Philippine Biodome. The email will include instructions for ticket claiming. Tickets may be claimed at 7th Floor, F&M Building, C. Palanca Street, Makati City
  • Claiming of prizes is until April 30, 2026.
  • Prizes (tickets) are transferable.
  • There is no expiration on the validity of tickets
  • Unclaimed prizes from the receipt of electronic notification will be forfeited in favor of Golden Arches Development Corp. with prior approval from the DTI.  Golden Arches Development Corp. will also shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P20,000.
  • The owners, management, and employees of GADC, promo partners, maintenance, security agencies, Wunderman Thompson, and participating outlets including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

  1. How can a McDonald’s App User be eligible to earn a raffle entry to the Hapy Meal x Manila Ocean Park  McDonald’s App Raffle?
    To earn a raffle entry to the raffle, A McDo App User must avail any of the participating Meals via the McDonald’s App and register to the Happy Meal Playmobil Raffle Registration. Details on the qualifying mechanics may be found in Section II. of this brief.
  2. How will a winner receive the prizes?

    Winners will receive a text and an email confirming their prize. Instructions on how to claim their tickets will be provided by a McDonald’s representative via email.

  3. Can a McDo App User earn more than one (1) raffle entry to Happy Meal Playmobil x Manila Ocean Park McDonald’s App Raffle?

    Yes. A McDo App User can earn more than one raffle entry to the promo. Each purchase of the participating deals mentioned above via the McDonald’s app is equivalent to an entry.

  4. Can the prizes be converted to cash?

    NO. The prizes are not convertible to cash.

  5. Where can a McDo App User redeem the participating deals?

    The participating deals are available for redemption via Front Counter Dine-In, Take-Out, and Drive-Thru at any McDonald’s store nationwide. The deals are not available for redemption in McDelivery, GrabFood and Foodpanda.

  6. When will the winners be announced?

    Winners will be announced via email and through McDonald’s Philippines’ official Facebook Page on February 10, 2026

  7. Can the McDo App User win more than once?

    NO. Each registered McDo App User can only win once for the entire promo period.

  8. What if the winner will not be able to claim the prizes 60 days after the notification?

    Unfortunately, any unclaimed prize after this date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later. The prize will then be given to back-up winners which will also be drawn from eligible participants of the raffle.

  9. Can the winner send a representative to claim their prizes?

    No, tickets for the Manila Ocean Park and Philippine Biodome will only be awarded to the eligible winners.
