The raffle draw will be on November 18, 2025
The announcement of winners will be on November 19, 2025
A total of 16 winners will be awarded the following The Friends Experience exhibit tickets in The Space At Solaire, Solaire Resort Entertainment City, Parañaque City:
- 10 winners of two (2) pcs ‘Adult’ Tickets
- 6 winners of one (1) ‘Barkada’ Tickets.
  (One (1) Barkada Ticket grants entrance to a total of 6 pax)
A participant can only win once.
Participating McDonald’s App Meals that need be redeemed to get a raffle entry consists of:
- 1-pc Chicken McDo with Small Drink and 1 Friends Collectible (Non-Blind Box) OR
- Cheeseburger with Small Fries, Small Drink & 1 Friends Collectible (Non-Blind Box)
  The participating deals are available for redemption via Front Counter Dine-In, Take-Out, and Drive-Thru at any McDonald’s store nationwide
How to get a raffle entry:
If a customer doesn't have a McDonald's App, he/she needs to download via Google Play or Apple AppStore. Customer must create an app profile to be able to use the promo registration feature.

    - First Name, Last Name
    - Create password
    - Mobile number
    - E-mail address
    - Accept the terms and conditions
    - Click submit
  - Existing users of McDonald's App may join the raffle by simply clicking the Raffle Homepage banner.

How to submit entries via the McDonald’s App:
- Customers may only submit one entry per email and device. The following information must be provided:
  - Full Name
  - Email Address (same email address used to register on the McDonald’s App)
  - Home Address
  - Mobile Number
Deadline of Entry Submission will be on November 17, 11:59pm.
Raffle draw will be held on November 18, 2025 virtually via Zoom.
A DTI representative will be invited during the raffle draw on the date specified in Mechanics No. 2. Prior to the announcement of the winner, all entries shall be subject to validation. The DTI representative shall confirm the authenticity and validity of the raffle entry by ensuring that it conforms to the guidelines indicated herein.
Winners will be notified by a representative from McDonald’s Philippines via registered email.
Winners will be announced on McDonald's official Facebook page on November 19, 2025.
Claiming of prizes:
- Winners will receive an email confirming their The Friends Experience tickets (redemption code) and how they can claim their ticket online.

Redemption of prizes (redemption codes) is until November 29, 2025. The Friends Experience Exhibit happens from October 8 to November 30, 2025.
Prizes (redemption codes) are transferable but not convertible to cash
How winners can claim the prizes:
- Winners will be emailed to confirm their winning ticket

- Once code is inputted, the total bill will result to a Php0 amount upon payment.
Unclaimed prizes from the receipt of electronic notification will be forfeited in favor of Golden Arches Development Corp. with prior approval from the DTI. Golden Arches Development Corp. will also shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P20,000.
The owners, management, and employees of GADC, promo partners, maintenance, security agencies, Wunderman Thompson, and participating outlets including relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Can the prizes be converted to cash?

NO. The prizes are not convertible to cash.
Where can a McDo App User redeem the participating deals?

The participating deals are available for redemption via Front Counter Dine-In, Take-Out, and Drive-Thru at any McDonald’s store nationwide. The deals are not available for redemption in McDelivery, GrabFood and Foodpanda.
When will the winners be announced?

Winners will be announced via email and through McDonald’s Philippines’ official Facebook Page on November 19, 2025.
Can the McDo App User win more than once?

NO. Each registered McDo App User can only win once for the entire promo period.
What if the winner will not be able to claim the prizes or use their ticket redemption code by November 29, 2025?

Unfortunately, any unclaimed prize after this date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed later. The prize will then be given to back-up winners which will also be drawn from eligible participants of the raffle.
Can the winner send a representative to claim their prizes?

No, tickets/redemption codes for the The Friends Experience tickets will only be awarded to the verified email addresses of the eligible winners.
