Full Mechanics:

  1. Download the McDonald’s App and register for an account
  2. Registered users will receive a notification on the McDonald’s survey. Users may also go to the homepage and click on the survey banner.
  3. Users will wait for the survey to open in the app.
  4. Users have the option to proceed with answering the survey or not.
  5. Once the user accepts and answers the survey, he/she will accomplish the survey within the app.
  6. Once accomplished, the app will inform the user that a coupon will appear in their Deals tab as a token for finishing the survey. The token is a FREE McFreeze coupon.
  7. The user may claim this coupon in selected McDonald’s branches at the front counter, Drive-Thru or take out. This will stay in the app until December 31, 2020. The user may redeem it only ONCE (This is stated in the Terms & Conditions as well).

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Only 1 redemption per accomplished survey and only 1 survey per user is allowed
  2. Item is free and price is based on lowest McDonald's product pricing.
  3. This offer is valid in our branches that serve McFreeze.
  4. Drink options include regular McFreeze (Grape / Royal / Fuji Apple). Upgrades do not apply.
  5. Only 1 coupon may be redeemed per transaction.
  6. This offer is not valid with limited-time flavors of McFreeze.
  7. This offer is not valid with any other offer/promo.
  8. This offer is not applicable in Ordering Kiosk, delivery, Fries & Desserts Stations, and Sundae & McFloat Stations.
  9. This offer is not valid for Large Food Orders (LFO).
  10. This offer is available all day.
  11. This offer can be redeemed inside the McDonald's App. You will have 10 minutes from the time the "REDEEM" button is pressed. After 10 minutes, the offer code will disappear. You may redeem this via the Front counter, Drive-Thru or Take-Out.
  12. This is a limited time offer. The FREE item will stay in the McDonald’s App until it is redeemed. It can be redeemed until December 31, 2020. If the coupon is not redeemed by December 31, the coupon will disappear from the app.
  13. This offer is generated based on your completion of the McDonald's survey and is valid until December 31, 2020.
  14. This offer cannot be replaced with cash.
