- Why was Kiddie Crew cancelled?
We value the safety of our customers, especially our youngest ones. Cancelling Kiddie Crew lessens the chances of children’s health being put at risk due to large gatherings.
- When will Kiddle Crew resume?
Since events are still unfolding as we speak, we cannot specify an exact date at the moment. We assure you that once the public health situation calms down, we will evaluate the best time to schedule the workshop. Please check this page for updates, or follow us on Facebook and Twitter.
- I’ve already paid. Will I get a refund?
Yes, all registered Kiddie Crew members will receive a full refund.
- How do I get my refund?
Our Guest Experience Managers (GEMs) will contact you, and arrange for a full refund of the workshop fee.
- Until when can I claim my refund?
We will contact you once your cash or check is available for pick-up.
- Can I claim my refund at any store?
You may claim your refund at the store you registered at.
- Can I claim my refund online?
Unfortunately, your refund cannot be claimed online.
