PRE-SELLING PERIOD 
Interested attendees may register and purchase event tickets at participating stores from August 26 to September 2, 2026 by scanning the in-store event QR code and completing the registration via the McDonald’s App. Payment must be completed at the participating store.

HOW TO PURCHASE EVENT TICKETS

STEP	WHAT TO DO
Visit a participating store	Visit any participating McDonald’s store during the pre-selling period from August 26 – September 2, 2026.
Scan and register	Scan the event QR code displayed in-store and complete the registration through the McDonald’s App.  The participant can only register in the store that he/she visited.
Select your batch	Choose your preferred batch:  Batch 1: 2:00 PM–3:00 PM  Batch 2: 3:30 PM–4:30 PM  Batch selection is subject to availability and will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Add a companion	Indicate if you will bring a companion. Companions will be assigned to the same batch as the registered participant.
Add deal and pay	Add the event deal to the wallet and pay at the Front Counter or Self-Ordering Kiosk (SOK).
Keep your receipt	Keep your payment receipt after purchase. The receipt will be used to validate the registration of the participant upon entry.

 

Important reminders:

1. Each purchased event ticket entitles one (1) participant to one (1) hour of unlimited Fries, one (1) Large Coke and one (1) McDonald’s Fries pouch with wrist strap. 
2. Slots are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of slots for a participating store has been reached, registration for that store will be closed.

 

HOW TO ENTER AND JOIN THE EVENT

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: TICKET PRE-SELLING AND EVENT ENTRANCE

1. Ticket sales and registration will be open from August 26 to September 2, 2026 only, or until all available slots are filled, whichever comes first.
2. Ticket sales and registration are exclusively through the McDonald’s App. Manual registration or ticket purchase through the store, or any other channel will not be accepted.
3. The participant can only register in the store that he/she visited.
4. The participant must register and provide all the necessary information.
5. Each participant may purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets. One for themselves and one for one (1) companion.
6. Payment must be completed in-store at the participating McDonald’s store during the pre-selling period. Customers can pay via Front Counter or SOK. They cannot pay in Drive-Thru.
7. The participant must keep the payment receipt as this will be used to validate his/her registration upon entrance at the event.
8. Each event ticket entitles one (1) participant to:
   • One (1) hour of Unlimited Fries
   • One (1) Large Coke
   • One (1) McDonald's Fries Pouch with Wrist Strap
9. Event ticket is not subject to SC/PWD discount.
10. Each event ticket is valid for one (1) participant only and cannot be shared or transferred.
11. Event tickets are only valid for the selected participating store indicated during the registration.
12. The participant must attend the event at his selected participating store and cannot switch stores after purchasing their ticket.
13. The crew will ask the participant to scan the QR code upon entrance to validate his/her registration. 
14. The participant must also present a valid ID. A softcopy of the ID will be accepted. Strictly no ID, no entry.
15. The participant must also present the payment receipt of the ticket.
16. In case the participant loses their payment receipt, they can still be admitted to the event, provided that they scan the QR code and their registration can be verified in the system.
17. The McDonald’s Fries pouch with wrist strap is limited to one (1) per participant and cannot be exchanged for cash or for other items.
18. The McDonald’s Fries pouch with wrist strap will be given to the participants upon entry at the event
19. Late participants can still join the event, but their unlimited Fries period will be limited to the remaining time of the 1-hour session. No extension will be provided for late attendees.
20. Participants who fail to arrive at the event will forfeit their ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods, or services.
21. Event mechanics, schedule, participating stores, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of McDonald’s Philippines.
22. Senior Citizen or PWD discounts are not applicable to the event ticket.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SERVING OF UNLIMITED FRIES

1. Each participant is entitled to unlimited Fries for one (1) hour during the event.
2. Participants may request another Fries only after finishing their current serving. Fries must be fully consumed before another serving is provided.
3. Each serving will be served in a Medium red fry box.
4. For Quezon City stores, Fries will be served in reusable containers in compliance with the City Ordinance prohibiting the use of single-use/disposable materials for dine-in customers.
5. Only one (1) serving may be given at a time per participant. Participants cannot request multiple servings at once.
6. Sharing of Fries with non-participants is not allowed.
7. The unlimited Fries are exclusively for the registered participant only. Sharing, transferring, or admitting non-registered individuals to this promo is strictly prohibited
8. Fries servings are subject to the store’s availability.
9. All Fries must be consumed in the event area. Takeout of Fries is not allowed.
10. Fries cannot be transferred to another container for takeout.
11. Bringing of outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the event area. Participants may only consume food and drinks purchased from McDonald’s during the event.
12. McDonald's reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant who violates the event rules or engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

1. How can I get tickets to the McDo Fry Fest?

   • – No, registration and payment must be completed in-store at the selected participating store.
5. What should I do if slots at my preferred store sell out?
   • – If your preferred store reaches maximum capacity, you may register at another participating store that still has available slots. Please note that slots are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close as soon as slots are full.
6. Can I bring a companion?
   • – Yes, you may bring one (1) companion, provided you redeem a deal and pay for them through the McDo App.
7. How many tickets can I purchase?
   • – Each participant may purchase a maximum of two (2) tickets. One for themselves and one for their companion.
8. What are the inclusions of one (1) event ticket?
   • – Each purchased event ticket entitles one (1) participant to one (1) hour of unlimited Fries, one (1) Large drink Coke and one (1) McDonald’s Fries pouch with wrist strap.
9. Can I change my selected store after purchasing my ticket?
   • – No. Changing of store is not allowed after ticket purchase
10. Can I refund my ticket?
    • – No. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
11. Can I exchange the ticket or the inclusions for cash or other goods?
    • – No. Tickets and event inclusions cannot be exchanged for other cash or other goods.
12. Is the event ticket subject to SC/PWD discount?
    • – No. Event tickets are not eligible for Senior Citizen (SC) or Persons with Disability (PWD) discounts.

1. What do I need to present during the event?
   • – Registered participants will be asked by the crew to scan the QR code to validate their registration, present the receipt, and a valid ID.
2. Will I still be admitted to the event if I lost my ticket receipt?
   • – Yes, you can still be admitted to the event, provided that when you scan the QR code, your registration is verified in the system.
3. What if I don’t have an ID?
   • – Please note that a valid ID is strictly required for entry. Softcopy is accepted.
4. If I arrive late will I still be allowed to join the event?
   • – Yes, you can still join the event, but your unlimited Fries period will be limited to the remaining time of the 1-hour session. No extension will be provided for late attendees.
5. Can I refund or exchange my ticket in case I’m not able to attend?
   • – No, tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other goods, or services.

1. How long can I enjoy the UNLI Fries?
   • – The unlimited Fries is strictly limited to a one-hour time limit only.
2. How will my Fries be served?
   • – Each serving will be served in a Medium red fry box.
3. Can I request another serving anytime?
   • – You may request another serving after you have completely finished your current serving.
4. Can I request multiple servings at a time?
   • – No, only one (1) serving at a time will be given to participants.
5. Is there a limit to how many servings I can get?
   • – There is no fixed number of servings within the one-hour period, as long as you follow the serving rules.
6. Can I share my Fries with non-participants?
   • – No, the unlimited Fries is only for registered participants, and cannot be shared with non-participants
7. Can I bring a container for my Fries?
   • – No, all Fries must be consumed within the event area. Takeout is not allowed.
