On the McDonald’s App, complete the one-time registration.
Customers who redeems the the Coke Studio Hero Meal Bundle via the McDonald’s App during the promo period will automatically earn one (1) raffle entry.
Valid raffle entries can be seen in the McDonald’s App and will be reflected within 24 hours of a successful redemption
All valid raffle entries within the promo period will be raffled with a DTI representative
Raffle Draw will be on October 13, 2026 via Zoom Call in the presence of McDonald’s Philippines and DTI representatives.
Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS, and their names will be announced to the public via McDonald’s official Facebook page. On October 14, 2026.
Participants may only win one once. Once a participant has won, all his/her remaining entries are forfeit and his/her name and mobile number/s will be removed from the Draw Pool.

To claim the minor prize, winner must send a copy of a valid government ID to writeus@ph.mcd.com upon receiving the notification message from McDonald’s PH. Email subject should be "Coke Studio Hero Meal Bundle Raffle Winner." Failure to send a valid government ID within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of prize in favor of McDonald’s, upon prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. Vouchers will be sent out via SMS to their McDonald’s Registered Number.
Prize should be claimed within sixty 60 days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of McDonald’s with prior approval of DTI.
The raffle applies only to eligible transactions completed through participating McDonald’s stores during the promo period.
Customers may earn multiple raffle entries throughout the promo period. Each successful McDonal’s App Deal redemption of the Coke Studio Hero Meal Bundle iis equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.
The promotion is valid only within the specified promo period. Transactions made outside of the promo duration will not qualify for raffle entries.
A one-time registration is required under the McDonald’s App as required by DTI.
Raffle entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or converted into cash.
This is a limited-time promotion.
McDonald’s Philippines reserves the right to amend promo mechanics, promotional period, or related terms and conditions at any time, subject to necessary regulatory approvals where applicable.

TICKET PRIZE CS 10 CONCERT TICKETS REDEPTION	HOW TO CLAIM COKE STUDIO SEASON 10 CONCERT TICKETS: Winners with Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Ticket Prize Voucher Code may redeem two (2) concert tickets. Winners must physically present their Prize Voucher Code using a mobile device (phone, or tablet, or laptop) showing a live page coming from their confirmation email. Each winner must also be verified onsite with their email address and government-issued ID at participating SM Tickets Outlets (https://smtickets.com/outlets for the full list). Failing which, such tickets will not be issued. No screenshot of the Prize Voucher Code will be honored. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Parents or legal guardians must also provide government-issued IDs for verification that they are eighteen (18) years old and above. Each Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Ticket Prize Voucher Code corresponds to two concert seats or VIP section. Tickets will be printed on-site upon validation of winner’s identity and Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Ticket Prize Voucher Code. Redemption for Concert Tickets is until October 23, 2026 only. Unredeemed Prize Voucher codes will be forfeited. All unredeemed Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Ticket Prize Voucher Codes on both deadlines from 9:00 PM of October 23, 2026 will be automatically forfeited and for handling at sole discretion of Coca-Cola Far East Limited (CCFEL). SECTION SEAT SELECTION FOR WINNERS OF LOWER BOX, UPPER BOX, AND BOX REGULAR TICKETS Prize Entitlement: Each valid Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Ticket Prize Voucher Code entitles the winner of two (2) concert tickets of a designated section. Seat Selection & Availability: For seated sections, seat selection is strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon physical redemption at any of the designated SM Tickets outlets (See Annex), subject to real-time seat availability in the SM Tickets system at the exact time of claiming. Adjoining Seats & Seating Integrity: Winners claiming two (2) tickets must select two (2) adjacent (side-by-side) seats within their assigned section. To preserve seating integrity for remaining winners, seat selection must not leave a single, isolated vacant seat next to an already reserved seat, an aisle, or a section boundary. For odd-numbered row configurations or non-standard seating layouts, redemption must adhere to parallel or contiguous adjacent pairing as enforced by the SM Tickets ticketing system. Finality: All seat selections made at the time of redemption are final and non-transferable. Neither 7 Eleven Philippines, CCFEL, CCEAP, their Third-Party Agencies, Partner Merchants, SM Mall of Asia Arena, nor SM Tickets shall be liable if a winner’s preferred seats are no longer available at the time of their redemption. IMPORTANT REDEMPTION REMINDERS: All issued tickets will be marked ZERO value and NOT FOR RESALE Lost or damaged printed tickets will not be reprinted or replaced. Assigned sections and seats are final.
OTHER GUIDELINES ON CONCERT TICKETS	OTHER GUIDELINES: The ancillary costs, including but not limited to personal and incidental expenses (transportation, accommodation, meals, and the like), insurance, government or other fees applicable, are the responsibility of the Winners. Unless expressly stated, tickets are awarded on an “as-is” basis and are not negotiable, refundable, or exchangeable. Non-cash Prizes cannot be taken in cash. 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited reserves the right not to award the tickets or part thereof to any person who, for any reason whatsoever, fails to meet any stipulated requirement for eligibility and/or other requirements to claim tickets. INVALID ENTRIES / INELIGIBILITY: Participants trying to redeem beyond the redemption periods or when the total number of available tickets and vouchers have been fully awarded and/or redeemed. Fraudulent accounts that identified or obtained Prize Voucher Codes through unauthorized means. Inability to present one (1) valid government-issued ID that corresponds to the name and details in the winner confirmation. Person trying to claim an already-claimed Prize Voucher Code. The first person to use the Code will be considered the valid owner / user of the Code. There will be a maximum of 1000 Coke Studio Season 10 Concert Tickets, equivalent to 500 winners of two (2) tickets each. Upon maximum issuance, awarding and/or redemption of the total number of available tickets and other vouchers, the right of any further redemption by consumers is effectively extinguished, and no further claims for redemption will be accepted or entertained under any circumstance. No redemption can also be made beyond the October 16 redemption period. Winners are subject to verification and may be disqualified from the promo if they are found to be fraudulent, incomplete, incorrect, uncrimped, or unauthorized, based on reasonable parameters determined by the 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited, in consultation with DTI. Any printing or code that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors, or the codes are unclear, or does not contain a security or other required identification - is invalid. The participant is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her Prize Voucher Code to ensure that such codes are not known by and used by others. Once a code is used, it cannot be used again. The one who first inputs and claims / uses the code will be considered as the authorized claimant of that code. By participating in the promo, participants agree to the promo terms and conditions, and further consent that their names, images, photos, and information may be used, mentioned, or shown in the Sponsor’s marketing, advertisements, and other related materials, and may be used to contact them for any purpose related to the promotion. Upon redemption of concert tickets, the participant may be asked to sign an acknowledgement receipt which states that he/she has received his/her tickets in both complete and good condition. Participant consents to the collection and use of any personal information provided during this promotion in accordance with the Privacy Policy. In case there is a threat to the integrity of the codes given by the system, the raffle, and/or the redemption centers, 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited, with the DTI’s concurrence, may immediately suspend the promotion.
Unforeseen Events	Unforeseen Events: If, for any reason, the promo is not capable of running as planned, 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promo and/or proceed with the promo, in a manner that it deems fair and reasonable. Concert Changes and Cancellations In the event that the concert is cancelled, postponed, or interrupted due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, floods, typhoons, pandemics, government actions, war, civil unrest, or otherforce majeure events (“Acts of God”), 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited, shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the promo winners and ticket holders. 7Eleven Philippines, Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines, and Coca-Cola Far East Limited, reserves the right to reschedule the event or cancel, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable laws, provide a remedy to the promo winners of concert tickets.
