1. What is the McDonald’s App?

The McDonald’s App provides you with exclusive deals and offers that you can claim at McDonald’s via dine-in, take out, or drive-thru.

2. Is it different from the McDelivery PH App?

Yes, the McDonald’s App is different from the McDelivery PH App. You can order and have your food delivered with the McDelivery PH App. McDonald’s App has deals and discounts which can be claimed in McDonald’s stores.

3. How do I use the McDonald’s App?

Step 1: Download the McDonald’s App from the App Store or Google Play Store
Step 2: Register for an account
Step 3: Choose a deal
Step 4: Claim your offer at the Front Counter, Take-Out Counter, or Drive-Thru

4. Where can I use the McDonald’s App? Can I use it in another country?

You can use the McDonald’s App in all stores in the Philippines and select McDonald’s countries. When you travel to a country with the McDonald’s App, it will detect your location, and you will see different offers from other countries.

5. How do I download the McDonald’s App?

You can download the McDonald’s App from the App Store or Google Play Store


Account and Registration

1. Why does McDonald’s want to know my contact details?

Your contact details identify you as a unique user and help us avoid the creation of multiple accounts. You can receive information on McDonald’s products and services through your contact details only if you opt-in to messages upon registration.

2. I forgot my password. What can I do?

You can reset your password by entering your email address in the ‘My Account’ menu in the App.

3. I forgot my email identification. What can I do?

Contact us at writeus@mcd.com.ph and provide us with the name you used to register, so we can assist you.

4. My password is displayed as 4 dots ‘⚫⚫⚫⚫’ but my password contains more characters. Has the correct password been registered?  

The 4 dots are just to show that your password has been registered, however long it is.

5. I want to delete my account. How can I do this?  

Contact us at writeus@mcd.com.ph and we’ll facilitate your account deletion.


Troubleshooting

1. My app is not working. How do I fix it?

Please try restarting your phone. If this does not work, you can uninstall and reinstall your app. If this still does not work, contact writeus@mcd.com.ph so we may assist you.


Offers

1. Do I need Internet connection to redeem an offer?

Yes, an Internet connection is required to ensure an offer is displayed and redeemed.

2. Why am I seeing locked offers?

You may be logged out of the App. Please log in to be able to unlock and redeem an offer. If you are already logged in but the offer/s is/are still locked, the offer may not be valid. Please check the Terms and Conditions to know when/where you can redeem the offer.

3. Are there Senior Citizen, PWD, and National Athletes / Coaches discounts applicable for the offers?

Promotional discount or the 20% Senior/PWD discount, whichever is higher, applies to the product offer that Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability purchase for their personal consumption and enjoyment. VAT exemption applies on all eligible SC/PWD purchases.

For National Athletes and Coaches, the 20% discount applies to the purchases for their personal consumption and enjoyment based on promotional discount price upon presentation of valid ID from the Philippines Sports Commission.

4. Why am I seeing different offers from others?  

The App tailor-fits offers to your unique usage and preferences and is able to present you specific offers.

Redemption

1. Where can I redeem offers from the McDonald’s App?

Offers may only be redeemed in-store at the Front Counter, Take-Out Counter, or via Drive-Thru. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.

2. How do I redeem an offer at the Drive-Thru?

Simply tell our Crew before ordering that you will be redeeming an offer on the McDonald’s App, mention your unique code when ordering and show your chosen offer at the window.

3. Can I save an offer for later by taking a screen shot or screen recording?

No, the App does not allow you to take a screen shot or screen recording. You must be logged-in the App and redeem an offer in real time.

4. I activated an offer but I ran out of time to redeem it. Can I re-activate it?

Sorry, but the offer is automatically lost if you did not redeem it within 20 minutes.

5. I activated an offer but the store did not have the product available. Can I re-activate it?

Yes, please contact writeus@mcd.com.ph so we can assist you.

6. I activated an offer but the timer is not counting down. Why is this the case?

You might be using a second account on the same phone. Please note you can only use one email account per device to redeem an offer.

7. How do I get in touch with McDonald’s if I have concerns on redemption of offers?

8. Is there a specific time to avail of promos? 

Yes, some deals are available all day, while some are available during certain hours only. Deals with breakfast items are only available during breakfast hours from 4:00AM to 10:20AM. Deals with regular menu items are available during regular hours from 10:30AM to 3:50AM. To be sure, you can click on the deal you want on the app to check its availability.

9. Do I have to wait 20 minutes to redeem?

No, but you only have 20 minutes to claim your deal upon clicking ‘redeem’. So be sure that you are nearby a McDonald’s store already before redeeming a deal!

10. How many times can I redeem a coupon in a day?

Each deal can be redeemed only once per day. For example, if you claim a BFF Fries deal today, you cannot claim a second BFF Fries deal on the same day. You will have to wait 24 hours for the deal to be available again. You can also check the deal’s Terms and Conditions for more details.

11. How many coupons can I redeem?

You can redeem a maximum of 3 different deals per device, per transaction!

12. Can I redeem multiple coupons in one transaction?

Yes, you can redeem 3 coupons per transaction.

13. Why are some deals only redeemable once? / Why do some offers disappear after I redeem them?

McDonald’s has limited-time promos to continuously surprise and delight our customers. To be sure, check the terms and conditions of your chosen deal to know more about it!

14. Why does McDonald’s have two apps?

We want to satisfy your cravings wherever and however you want to enjoy them! We have the McDelivery PH App for when you want your meals delivered to you and we have the McDonald’s App for when you want to enjoy your McDonald’s treats at extra special deal prices when you order at the Front Counter, Take Out Counter or Drive-Thru!

15. Why can’t I redeem the deal via McDelivery? Why can I only redeem in-store? Why are you asking me to go to the store to redeem a deal?

We have exclusive deals on the McDonald’s App to make your in-store, take out and Drive-Thru experiences more special.
